Achieve Health
Better Exercising
Nowadays, people entertain themselves in the comfort of
their own homes while watching TV and munching on their
favorite snacks. Whether it’s television, computers,
remote controls, or cars, people are moving less. Common
activities that were once a part of normal routine have
disappeared... activities like climbing stairs, pushing
a lawn mower or walking to get somewhere.
The average person should try to exercise every day,
raising their heart rate a little bit and keeping it
there for 20 minutes or so. If you cannot do it every
day or every other day, at least do it every three days.
Studies have shown that after being sedentary for 72
hours the body's metabolism starts to decrease.
